Experience

Diego is a highly skilled lawyer in Intellectual Property. His career began at the National Intellectual Property Service (SENAPI) in 2019, where he was hired and played a crucial role in the area of Infringements until June 2022. During this time, he excelled in issuing First Instance and Revocation Administrative Resolutions, as well as coordinating Border Measures in collaboration with the National Customs of Bolivia. Additionally, he was responsible for drafting consultations to the Andean Court of Justice for the issuance of Prejudicial Interpretations.

Diego leverages his extensive experience and expertise in Intellectual Property to provide high-quality legal advice to his clients.
