José Carlos Daza is an Associate at Moreno Baldivieso and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Administrative & Regulatory practice groups.

He has experience in the representation and follow-up of judicial proceedings, as well as in the drafting of legal documents and the management of procedures before public authorities. His practice includes advising on matters related to economic criminal law and administrative proceedings, with additional exposure to civil and family law matters.

He also has training in banking law and electronic banking, with a strong interest in developing efficient, client-oriented legal solutions within complex regulatory environments.
