Our work for Bolivian and foreign companies covers the entire spectrum of agribusiness, taking advantage of the comprehensive vision provided by a truly interdisciplinary team. This allows us to deal with complex affairs such as due diligence processes and the optimization of corporate structures. Likewise, Moreno Baldivieso has extensive experience in the activity of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in the agribusiness sector, advising foreign investors who wish to invest in Bolivia. These complex corporate activities require the deployment of legal audits (due diligence) and optimization of corporate structures, as well as permanent advice on daily business activities, preventing potential risks that could represent future contingencies.
Likewise, we provide advisory services that closely monitor day-to-day business activities, minimizing potential risks to our clients’ commercial activities, and advising administrative and/or judicial claims.
