About practice
The hydrocarbon, energy and infrastructure sectors (mainly related to projects of great complexity), among others, have generated in recent years a large mobilization of foreign personnel to our country. Moreno Baldivieso with a team of highly specialized lawyers with extensive experience in immigration procedures for foreign personnel located in the main projects and public works developed in Bolivia; carries out all the necessary legal procedures to obtain visas and migratory residences, ensuring that foreign personnel stationed in Bolivia have their migratory status fully regularized and have all the legal permits and authorizations required to work in our country.
