Our program
MB Mentoring Program seeks to select and train new talents with a view to inducing them in the development of their professional careers. The MB Mentoring program seeks to transmit the philosophy behind the profession, as well as knowledge and experience in basic areas of Law. Our prominent practice, extensive experience and consolidated presence in the national and international legal market, allow us to offer our interns a quality learning environment that stimulates their personal abilities, contributing to their development in the field of the profession.
Moreno Baldivieso its looking for the best talents, to continue providing the excellent and quality services that characterize the Firm. Senior students, graduates and young lawyers from bolivian universities are eligible.
The selection of the candidates will be carried out applying criteria that will fundamentally weigh the academic trajectory and the predisposition to learning of the applicants. Knowledge of languages, inclination for teamwork, as well as the aptitude and vocation shown for the practice of law will also be valued.
The program prepared by Moreno Baldivieso will last for a period of six months and will be divided into six modules. It will be taught at the offices of Moreno Baldivieso, located in the cities of La Paz and Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
The performance and use of the interns who are selected for the MB Mentoring program will be measured and will evaluate continuously, during the development of each of the program modules. At the end of the mentoring program, Moreno Baldivieso will issue a certification that accredits the conclusion of the program, in addition to evaluating the possibility of hiring according to performance.
