The Program
MB Women program promote diversity, equity, and gender iquality at Moreno Baldivieso firm, pushing female empowerment at the team, creating impact at bolivian society. We approach important topics, like laboral harassment, equal pay, gender discrimination, equal opportunities and others.
Commitment
- Promote equal opportunities for positions of responsibility and decision-making.
- Actively participate in the Career Plan of the firm’s female lawyers.

- Promote constant training to strengthen technical and soft skills at the women`s team.
- Support with initiatives that allow strengthening the organizational climate of the firm, to have a good place to work for the whole team.
