Carla Valdivia is an Associate at Moreno Baldivieso. She joined the firm through the “Mentoring MB 2024” internship program, an experience that allowed her to gain extensive and practical knowledge in various areas of law, standing out for her adaptability and creativity in facing new challenges.
Currently, Carla is part of the specialized Labor and Social Security Law team, where she is responsible for drafting documents, reports, and legal opinions, as well as providing support in legal advisory services to national and international companies through a multidisciplinary team.
Moreover, due to her versatility and commitment to professional excellence, Carla is pursuing a specialization in Civil and Commercial Law, aiming to deepen her knowledge and strengthen her ability to provide comprehensive and strategic solutions.
