Carlos has over 13 years of specialized experience in intellectual property, with a focus on the contentious and registration aspects of trademarks and patents, as well as the design of comprehensive trademark defense strategies. His career spans both the public and private sectors: as a representative of SENAPI, he represented Bolivia in national and international seminars and training programs, acquiring a global perspective on industry standards. Subsequently, he strengthened his practice at prestigious specialized law firms in the country.
He has served as a postgraduate instructor in specialized diploma programs on distinctive signs, with a practical and up-to-date approach. His unique value lies in his dual understanding of institutional mechanisms from within and the strategic needs of rights holders, enabling him to provide practical and effective solutions.
