Lilian Rodriguez is Associate at Moreno Baldivieso, and joined the firm through the “Mentoring MB” internship program in 2019.

She has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Banking and Finance, Insurance and Reinsurance and Labor Law, providing integral advice to private companies, non-profit entities and companies in the financial and stock market sectors. Likewise, she has actively participated in mergers and acquisitions, public and private bond issues, insurance arbitration, among others.
