In the exercise of corporate law, his experience includes complex M & A transactions and the management of the only corporate redomiciliation operations of foreign companies successfully executed in Bolivia.
Miguel Ángel is an attorney, graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés—UMSA, barred in Bolivia. He has postgraduate degrees in financial law from MIT and New York University. His practice is highly recognized by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
