Pamela Muñoz is an Associate at Moreno Baldivieso, with experience in the corporate area related to the incorporation of commercial companies, subsidiaries, opening of branches, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the dissolution and liquidation of companies.
She also has experience in the banking and finance area, providing legal advice to multilateral financial organizations, banks and complementary services entities, besides to participating in financing operations, simple loans or under credit lines.
In the area of insurance and reinsurance, she provides legal support in this area, in addition to handling various insurance and reinsurance claims.
Additionally, she has experience in the area of dispute resolution, having participated in several domestic and international arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL and CAINCO Rules.
