Experience

René Cuellar Miranda is another partner of Moreno Baldivieso based in the city of Santa Cruz. He is a specialist in corporate law, constitutional law, labor law, M&A and counsel on engineering and construction projects.

René has spent his entire career at our firm, from his beginnings as a junior lawyer to his promotion to full partner in 2017 and onward to the present. He has provided valuable counsel on corporate matters to companies in diverse sectors (agroindustrial, engineering and construction, commercial, hydrocarbon services, energy, and beverage industry, among others). Among his most outstanding achievements is the comprehensive counsel he provided for a Construction and Engineering project of high complexity (a full-fledged petrochemical plant) and his skillful participation in M&A operations and other similar corporate reorganizations.

René Cuellar graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés—UMSA Law and Political Science Faculty in La Paz. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra—UPSA, and a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Autonomies at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (academic body of the Andean Community of Nations).
