Experience

Valeria is a lawyer and a public accountant with professional experience in taxation and transfer pricing. She has developed her career at PwC, where she has been involved in tax audits, tax compliance processes, and tax risk analysis, as well as in the preparation of transfer pricing studies and documentation for domestic and multinational companies. Her combined legal and accounting training allows her to approach complex tax matters through an integrated and analytical perspective, linking regulatory interpretation with financial and business considerations. Her academic and professional interests focus on the role of tax regulation in corporate decision-making and on the strategic management of tax risks within corporate environments.
